You must only upload material, text & images that do not infringe the copyright of anyone else or any business.
You must not upload or link to any material of an adult or offensive nature or any form of virus or malicious software.
You are uploading images as an advertisement of your skills, where, if accepted, may and will be used by iSiR as
we choose to do so without limitation but with full design credits to you.
You will not be charged for any processes required to convert your work into usable or editable material therefore
making it suitable for theposroom systems.
You will not have access to the source code that results from the conversion of your work. When your work is
converted to theposroom format, it will be the property of iSiR.
You will be allowed access to maintain and edit your contact details, sample images and text at the discretion of
iSiR. This may be immediately terminated where the system is considered to be abused.
iSiR reserve the right to remove any uploaded material or database entries for whatsoever reason without prior notice.
FAQ
Can I change a design once it’s been uploaded
No, If your design is accepted it is released for retailers & their suppliers to use. They wouldn’t be too happy if
their showroom had half of your tickets in one design and half in another. You would need to re-submit your design
and it would be considered for inclusion as though it was a new design.
Do I get paid for my uploaded work
No, your uploaded work is an advertisement of your skills. The retailers and their suppliers will hopefully select and
use your designs through theposroom systems. Every time they select your designs, they will be informed about your
contact details and shown samples of your other work, if you’ve made any available. You may also appear in the
‘Designer Spotlight’ editorial. The purpose of your uploads it to create interest in you & ultimately to get commissioned
for other ‘Paid’ work directly by the user, retailer or supplier.
Who owns the work that I upload
Once your work has been converted by us, we will own the file and the source code that results from the conversion.
We fully respect that the design is yours and you will get full credit for it along with as much exposure as we can give
you. But you agree to let us use it as we choose to do so within the different iSiR systems.
Do you take a percentage of any commissioned work
No, If you are commissioned to produce POS material for a users private use within theposroom systems then
that user would be charged a fixed price for a bespoke conversion. You are not charged. Other work that you are
commissioned for that is unrelated to theposroom systems is between you and that user.
Designer Upload Page
Welcome to the designer upload page, from here you can upload your own POS designs where they will be considered
for inclusion within theposroom library. For security purposes it is necessary for you to enter your email address where
you will then be emailed a link that activates the upload facility on this page.
Fill in your email address and click the ‘Send’ button in order to receive your activation link. Once activated, you may then
upload your designs. If your designs are accepted, you will then be allowed access to the designer database where you
can enter all of your contact details including an image of yourself. You can write about yourself and include up to 10
sample images of your work & describe each of them. You will also be able to amend or edit your details as often as you
wish.
