The tables below show the different options available from theposroom.com. Each table row header is described in more
detail below. Simply choose the required subscription package from the dropdown lists and click on ‘Subscribe’.

You would list each of your staff that should have access to these systems through your account. You would assign a user
name and password for each of them so that if they should leave your company, you can instantly remove their access.
Only your listed users would have access to your private folder where you may have stored your own POS. The more staff
that are listed, the easier it will be to see who is actually working online at any point in time.
Print sessions:
In order to print anything from theposroom.com systems, you need at least one available ‘Print session’. If a member of your
staff (A user) is already using a print session then other members of staff will need to wait until that person has signed out, or
until another print session becomes available. You can subscribe to any number of additional print sessions for your company.
Styles & Designs:
As a subscriber to theposroom.com you would have access to all available designs and styles the only exception being
supplier pre-designed styles where the supplier themselves control accessibility for each of their stockists.
Import content:
All users can call up a design and manually type the content. Other methods would be to import the content by
copying & pasting it from another source such as Excel or a stock control system. This would allow for hundred’s of price
tickets to be created with just a few mouse clicks and also offer the ability to re-use the content for another print run after
changing the prices or headers etc.
Private POS folder:
As a user you may commission your own styles, designs or artwork. These can then be stored within your own private folder
so that only you and your users can access it. All of the users on your user list would have full visibility of whatever you’ve
placed within your private folder. It would also be possible to set the whole system to filter available styles to only include
your private folder and therefore restrict what your users can actually print within their different departments or branches.
X-Margin pricing system:
The iSiR X-Margin system is primarily for furniture retailers and offers an extremely comprehensive database system for
controlling store prices, margin and in-store POS. It allows for entire departments to be pre-flagged for automated price
ticketing where items may also be grouped together for package deal or menu type price tickets. The system also allows for

Additional print sessions:
Most stores will only need 1 or 2 print sessions that are shared amonst their list of users. If you do require more then these
can be simply added to your monthly subscription. In order to print anything within theposroom.com you will need at least
one available print session. Each print session spans the entire Internet so you may share a print session or number of print
sessions between branches as well as users.

Full telephone and email support is offered to everyone even users logged in as a ‘Guest’ and not yet subscribing.
Suppliers:
Access for your stockists to your POS:
As a subscribing supplier, each of your stockists will be given access to your POS which can be completely under your
control. You can also choose whether to write to your stockists yourself, to inform them about the availability of your new
POS or to let us contact them through our comprehensive retailer database.
Control panel for stockist visibility of POS:
You can select which stores can see your different POS collections. This is at range level, so if you choose, a stockist
can only see the POS that relates to a particular range if they are a stockist of that range. Otherwise there is no mention
of the POS even existing. This could be ideal for e.g. Bronze, Silver & Gold stockists where one type of stockist may
receive more comprehensive or exclusive POS. You may also choose to let everyone see your POS as a form of
advertising your retail-support.
Unlimited print sessions:
As a supplier you will be given unlimited print-sessions so that any number of your stockists can compile and print your POS
simultaneously. If your stockists wish to use styles and designs from the theposroom.com collection, then they will need to
subscribe to a retailer package themselves.
Stockist import of store detail & prices:
This means that your stockists can copy & paste the POS content from another source. Typically this might be Excel which
would then allow them to create hundreds of e.g. Price tickets directly from a spreadsheet and using your POS.
Conversion of your designs to self scaling POS:
To create editable POS requires your images and USP lists to be coded in such a way that your stockists are prompted for
any required detail. Typically this would be prices and price descriptions e.g. “Our Usual Price” & “Weekend Price”. This work
is chargeable but with the different packages available, means that you can select one that is most appropriate to you, either
saving money on the package price or obtaining very low POS-conversion charges.
Supplier access to all trade-show POS:
As a subscriber you would also be given full access to all styles including the ‘Trade-show’ POS collection. Useful if you’re
attending a trade show and wish to promote using the unique online POS available.
